I should have clarified that this is with Win98. It's the shortcut on the desktop that has to be right clicked. It works with the first and second edition.
With Win95, things are a little bit different. The desktop shortcut is selected, then Shortcut tab, and then 'change target'. The target folder, unlike with Win98, has to be created first.
With both OS, the target can be on another drive. This was not tried on WinME or Win2000.
