If you are going to dual boot, you will need to install Windows first. You may run into problems with that small of a HD and trying to have both OS's on there. I would stick in a boot disk and fdisk everything. Then create one partition of about 1.2-1.5GB for Windows. Install Windows, then stick in your RedHat Cd and install it on your free space (it can partition it for you). Install lilo when you install Linux and you can dual boot. Make sure that you make a Linux startup disk in case Windows tries to blow away lilo.
