Hi Dodge7, go to Distro-Watch and order the Simply Mepis 3.3 for $1.99 and it will run as a live C/D or install itself right next to Windows... As a live C/D you can see if you like it and it will even configure itself to the internet or a wireless card. Its a graphical install and it even partitions for you and it looks like XP. You can even use it like Knoppix and do a Windows repair. If you have any problems there is the Mepis Lovers dot org. forums where you can get free help and they are a nice bunch of people.
