If you really want to get a hard drive cooler, I guess the one you linked to will work...but it requires a lot of room under the hard drive so you won't be able to stack the hard drives one over the other unless your drive cage is pretty big to allow you to space them out. And the fans use sleeve bearings instead of ball bearings so they may not last very long.
