I have a really annoying Spyware problem, where i get IE pop-ups at any time that i am using the computer, be it watching a DVD, browsing the Internet (with Firefox as I have done for over a year now), playing games etc. etc.
No software i have used so far (AdAware and Spybot) has picked up the problem(they've picked up others though) and the problem won't go away. I have also done a full system scan with Norton AntiVirus in case there is a program out there that Symantec know of......but NOTHING.

As I only use Firefox for browsing, and im sick of scanning for Spyware is it possible to just disable Internet Explorer from functioning at all so that it can't even pop-up?
