Question help deleting linux partition

hey, i installed linux mandrake on a computer i have then i lost the cd and started screwing around with fdisk. ^_^ i want to go back to dos partitions (i think) for windows. i have two drives- one a 2gb and the other 10gb. the 2gb seems to be partitioned as a 2gb dos partition. the other drive however i am having trouble with. when i go into fdisk it flashes "cannot read from drive3" and the only partition i see for it is 6gb and not ten. is there another partioning utility i can use from dos? or...something? thanks!
(oh yeah, and if you have any info about working linux with a ATI-All-In-Wonder Radeon 32mb ddr card, that would be awsome too)
thanks again.
