The road between here and town should have a 55 MPH speed limit. That's the speed most people drive on it. Instead it has a 45 MPH limit and there really is no place at all to pass. There are no turnouts or anything. Once in a while I get stuck behind a parade of cars going 35! It really does drive me crazy. Why would anyone drive 10 MPH under the speed limit? Especially on a road like that where the ideal speed would be 55. I just don't get it. Like mairving I guess I have given up on trying to figure it out.
