Just a side note.....you are aware that your new motherboard will require a PSU with a 24 pin adaptor (ATX2 format) and not standard 20 pin?
Thought i'd mention it, since you dont list the brand of your PSU, and it's a component often overlooked. It's especially easy to purchase the wrong part as both ATX1 and ATX2 exist side by side.
