id like to know if this system will work together well and if not can you please point me in the right direction.

1GB Kingston 400MHz DDR PC3200 DIMM
2x 120G Maxtor DMax+9 SATA150/7200 8MB (id like to raid these together, will i notice a big difference in performance?)
Radeon 9550
am mostly using this for editing audio.
