iCloud account on Windows machine
I downloaded the iCloud software. When I go to sign in I enter in my Apple ID and password. I then get a popup window that says: This Apple ID is valid but is not an iCloud account.

I cannot find anywhere a place creating an iCloud account. The only option is Sign in or Cancel. There is also a box that says Learn More, but learn more does not describe how to create an account, only what iCloud is.

My iPod is plugged in as they say to do.
