strange ie6 problem

using win xp and ie6. whenI go to msn(homepage)and type anything to search, the next page almost always comes up: "cannot find page". but, if I hit refresh, the page loads immediately. This also happens if I go to msnbc or other sites. I should'nt have to refresh to make a page available. This is on almost everything. please advise.....thanks

Try Tools-> Internet Options->Setting Button-> Every Visit to the Page
