This has been an annoying one. You are surfing the net and you click on a link. A new window opens but it is pretty small. You can actually make the window the size and in the position you want by doing this:
<UL>
<LI>Click on a link to open a new window or hold down the shift key while clicking on a link (this will always open a new window).
<LI>Resize the window to the size that you want. Move it to the position that you want.
<LI>Hold down the <b>shift key</b> while closing the window.
<LI>That's it. Next time a window opens it will be that size and in that position.

I am sure that there may be other ways to do it but this works perfectly.
