is it just me or are Best Buy employees ignorant and dumb. I recently went there to purchase a caller-ID unit so i went to where the cordless phones were and noticed that it was next to the computer department, so i asked the Best buy clerk at the computer counter (where they sell memory, hdd, mp3 players all behind glass etc...) and asked if he had Caller ID units in stock. As I asked this I notice his tag said that he has been an employee for 3 years. He says:
"No, I do not know where anythign that pertains to phones are, you'll have to walk to the other end of this building where the cellphones are sold and ask them."
Dont you think that someone who has been working there for 3 years would have maybe at least walked past a shelf with the units on them? I think Best Buy needs to train their employees with proper customer etiquette.
