I have a internal Intel Modem , motherboard with built in sound card.
My headphones are connected to the motherboard to listen to music etc.
My problem is that when I use the phone dialer I have to move the headphones over to the Modem.
Can I do anything so I can leave the headphones in the motherboard(soundcard) and still use the phone dialer without moving the headphones over to the modem sockets.

Thanking you
suresh

Yes, you should have received a little cable with your modem that will plug from your modem into the Line In jack in your sound card. Once you have that plugged in you should be able to leave your headphones in the soundcard jack and hear the modem dial out. HTH

Also if the above doesn't work for some reason, you can plug a real cheap nonpowered speaker into the modem.
