losing USB drivers

I have a USB Phoebe camera.

the camera works fine. but Windows keeps losing the drivers for the camera. I have to reload the drivers and it makes me reboot. Then it works. But the next time I boot my computer I will have to reload the drivers if I want to use this camera. Now my other USB devices are not effected, nor any other hardware.
