canon i255 problem, need HELP.........

i am using canon i255 printer, after one week i not using it, it cant print anymore, no color (black) come out, unless i unplug the ink tank and plug it back, and it can print again. the problem is u must everytime unplug the ink tank and plug it back if u long term no using the printer.

can anyone provide any suggesttion for this problem?

is it the right ink cart., if they are the right ones then makes sure there installed correctly.
