ATI video cards and RAID compatibility

Are there any compatibiltiy issues between recent ATI Radeon video cards (especially x800 series) and RAID configuration (either RAID 0 or RAID 1)? The reason for this question has to do with a rumor I read elsewhere.

I have 2 machines going with Raid and ATI. 1st is Raid 0 with 9800 pro and 2nd is 2 Raid 0 arrays with a AIW 9800 Pro. Absolutely no problems whatsoever.

I don't see how there could be a problem. Heck, the AGP slot and drive controllers are on seperate bridges.
