I have a network in my home but ran into a problem with it this week.
I have a Linksys 802.11B wireless 4 port router & Modem that is cabled to my computer, my daughters & a wireless card to a laptop that my wife uses. For some reason the laptop is having a problem locating the server. the 2 cabled boxes are fine & if I hook up the laptop to a cable it works fine also but wont pickup the server connection when using the wireless card even though the signal strength is very good to excellent. I was looking at the port settings to possibly work some bitorrent stuff but the only thing I changed was the WEP setting & then didn't even use it & changed it back. It was after this that we started having the connection issue. I even reset the router to see if this would solve the problem but no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
