This tip is borrowed from Fred Langa:
Go to http://www.google.com/advanced_search
Type your search terms in the "find results with all of the words" box. Add "kb" (without the quotes) if you want to see ONLY "Q" articles. Choose how many results you want to see in the drop-down box.
Occurrences - return results where my terms occur anywhere in the page.
Language - return pages written in English.
Domains - only return results from the site or domain - microsoft.com .
Hit Google Search.
This supposedly works a lot better than using Microsoft's knowledge base search engine.
