My Systme

Win XP 2002 SP1
AMD Duron Processor 1000MHz
256 Ram
GeForce 4 mx440 AGP 8X

The problem

I had the graphics card (GeForce 4 mx440 AGP 8X) in another computer and it worked fine, now i installed it into this one and installed the latest drivers from nVidia, I installed direct X 9.0b and when i run games there are texturing problems like flashing blues reds and greens. games ive seen this on are CS, UT 2004, Alien v Preditor 2, Battlefield 1942 and Wolfenstine ET. I think its a D3D or Open GL problem, can anyone help?

By the latest drivers, you mean 56.72? Go to Start > Run... > Open > [typed:] dxdiag and see what drivers you have. Mine says 6.14.0010.5672.

Was it a fresh install? Did you clean out the old drivers? I know CS is an openGL game.

i got 6.14.0010.5672. too... and i didnt have a graphics card on this computer ever... so i wouldent have thought there was anything to delete, correct me if im wrong.
