font has changed

I bought a magazine the other day that had one of those free CD's with it, so I had a look at the CD on my computer to see what was on it. The problem is that after I had looked at the CD and ejected it, the print on some of my progams has changed and is almost unreadable particularly in the ME help window. Is there some way that I can change the font of this print so as I can read it like I use to. It is only on some progams not all.
Any ideas guys?

With ME, the easiest thing to do is a system restore back to before you put the CD in.
