Can you try that DVD burner in another computer? If it does the same thing there, the burner is defective.
Also, what are your system specs? What brand and wattage is the power supply?
Is the other burner (from the different supplier) the same burner as the one giving you problems?

This is the data for the power supply : ANTEC 350 watt Output, and I already tested the DVD burner on different computer and it works, I verified the EVEN Viewer from windows and this is that it shows:
Error code 10000050, parameter1 ac87321c, parameter2 00000000, parameter3 f358fdeb, parameter4 00000000.

Also, what are your system specs? List everything in your computer.
You might want to try another IDE cable, the one in your computer could be defective.
