Bridge.dll Problem...

Hi...
This is my uncle computer, and he keeps getting a message on start-up saying that there is a missing file (bridge.dll) and the system cant run something, we dont know what...

I searched the web for an answer and everywhere I go, they recommend scanning by Hijackthis.exe, which I did. The problem is, I didnt understand anything and I dont want to remove anything before asking for help....

What should I do???
