My Enlight 420W PSU has a 3-pin fan connector coming out of it. Does that have to be plugged in for the 2nd fan to work? I have some spare 3-pin to molex connectors, should I use that? My mobo 3-pin fan connectors are all filled up...

I personally plug it in, but it isn't required for both fans to work. I think it is just for RPM monitoring.
