The one you listed, I believe is on the "Not enough Info List" on bigandy's PSU Reference Guide. Put it simply, I would recommend avoiding it. A good PSU for sure is the <a href="http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=17-103-605&depa=0">Enlight 360W PSU</a> which is 39 USD including shipping. However, it really depends on your system - how power hungry it is. For instance, the GeForce 6800 recommends 480W of power along with the system...pretty susbatnatial, while others may only require around 300+ Watts. The best way to determine would be to post your specs here :)

well i have a athlon 64 3000+ and a ATI radeon 9800 pro 512mb of ram 160 gb of harddrive. Is it possible to have to many watts and over power your system.

Is it possible to have to many watts and over power your system.No, your system will only use as much power as it needs...the power supply will only supply that amount and nothing more.
I wouldn't get that DynaPower power supply, get a Antec, Enermax, Enlight, HEC, Fortron Source, PC Power & Cooling or Sparkle Power PSU instead.
