Which fan is better for this plan? I like the aspire one but Ill take whats better for my set-up...

just so you know, those are power supplies, not fans. hands down, go with the thermaltake. it is better to have a bland, tried and true power supply with less power then a fancy one that will probably fail. this runs the risk of taking out an entire system

yea, it looks good. i am no expert on AMD builds or what the best 6800 is right now. i would wait for a couple of more looks on it, but overall i think you are set

That looks good to me. The 6800GT is an excellent card. Definetly go with the Thermaltake. It is a much better quality power supply than that Aspire.

or you can go with an enlight 420W, although im not sure even 420W should do your system, its a serious gaming system, but i guess it will hold, dont think it will if u'll add more optical drives and hd's though... :-P
the thermaltake will also be good, its prolly quieter than the enlight

420 watts from a good quality power supply will power that system easily. 420 watts from a poor quality power supply would be questionable.
