Pretty sure helping "mess up" other people computers is against the rules here :(
You can look on nVida's and ATI's web site for shortcut keys...

I'm with EzyStvy as far as a keyboard shortcut, but you should be able to do it another way, by going into the display properties. If you have an ATi card, right click on the desktop, choose properties > Settings Tab > Advanced Button > Rotation Tab. If you have something with onboard graphics, go into the CP, and check in the graphics card options in there. I'm fresh on this since I had to help my friend fix this problem after he had done it accidently while mashing his fist on the keyboard :p.

On my PC (ouch what did I say) I mean my moms PC (I use a Mac, thank goodness) (my mom does not do anything sophisticated enough to require and can't afford a Mac). I get to occassionaly fix her PC (although my PC knowledge is almost nil) anyway, where was I, Oh yeah, On Her PC the path is: Right click desktop>properties>settings tab>advanced button>intel x-treme graphics tab>graphics properties button>rotation tab> 180 button.
And, I might add, what a useful feature, Gee I wish my Mac had useful stuff like that. This Halloween I could play Dracula and use my computer at the same time. or even better I could hang the mointor from the ceiling
