Finally a 6600GT (http://www.newegg.com/app/viewProductDesc.asp?description=14-145-098&depa=0&manufactory=BROWSE) on newegg! this is the last part i need to finish my build. I just wanted to make sure chaintech was a good company. Or should i wait some more for a different one? Thank you

I am going to hold out for the AGP version to upgrade from my 9600XT. Dont want to change my mobo at this point.

i wonder if thats a paper launch or an official launch? i am waiting on the AGP version myself.

That was supposed to be the real launch. In theory there should be no difference between the PCI-E and AGP versions whatsoever. They were quoted as saying "PCI-E in October, AGP in November". ATi are very, very far behind on this one. They're aiming for November/December.
