Hey,
I have had this thing for a long time and it has always been faithful. It is supped up for what it is. It is a pentium 200 mhz with 96 mb ram -- my dad won it for me a couple of years ago when his company was upgrading their computers to pentium IIIs. I use it for wireless websurfing and word processing. I was tinkering with it and I managed to screw up the windows 98 that was on it. I reinstalled windows a couple of times, but everytime I put my wireless card software back on it would go to pieces, missing key files and what not. So in my frustration I said hey, why not try XP pro on it since I had a copy laying around. So I did against better judgement and now it's happily running it. The thing is different windows are moving choppily when I drag them, and so is internet explorer. I know this is from not installing correct video drivers...but I dont know what they would be, or where in the world I would get them. I have never had to do this before because win 98 never asked for them. But it looks like I may need to now.
This thing is so old that I dont know if they would even have drivers out there for it. If anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Tommy
