Hi,
I have a 15" CRT monitor and a TV connected to my PC. I want the picture on the TV to be identical to the picture on my CRT but I cannot get it to be. The TV is connected using S-Video output on my Radeon 9550 which I have converted to RCA using a basic S-Video - RCA converter. It is definitely a software problem as I can get a picture on the TV. What is happening is that on my CRT monitor just my desktop picture is appearing (no icons or taskbar) and on the TV is my full desktop including taskbar and icons. The problem with that is that I am connecting the TV to the PC with a 10m cable and the TV is in another room so I cannot see it to control my PC. Even if I could make the CRT the primary monitor so I can just transfer the programs I want to the TV would be fine. I have tried to make the CRT the primary monitor in Windows settings but it does not change anything when I make either the TV or the CRT my primary monitor. I have ATI Hydravision installed but I do not use it. I am running Windows XP Home edition
