Ok, so what I want to know is if this is a good card and also if this is a good deal for the card? I am not a huge gamer, but I would like to know if this is going to be a noticeable improvement over a GeForce 2? I assume yes.

If your motherboard does not have an AGP slot then that card should do better than a GeForce 2. If, however, you motherboard does have an AGP slot you would be much better off going with an AGP card.
