help lexmark x1100 series

i have just tried to print and i have no yellows and poor quality reds & blue ink cartrage says it half full i have cleaned the nozzles with the provided software but still no joy can someone please give me an idea whats wrong

use an Alcohol prep to clean the color cartrige - it will print fine after that.
