The 2nd is a PCI-Express Card, only usable on some of the newer motherboards. The first card is an 8x AGP card. The 1st one, the AGP card, is the one you will likely need, although it depends on what slot you have in your computer, AGP or PCI-Express

Oh ya, and also I have never heard of that store, so depending on its ResellerRating(search on google for the website for resellerratings, and from there search for the website you wanna buy from) you may want to look into purchasing a card from Newegg or one of the more largely used websites from this board.
