Wireless mouse does not work

I am using a Pentium 4 2.4GHz WinXP computer. Today my Microsoft IntelliPoint 5.0 mouse stopped working. The pointer is visable but it does not move. The wireless keyboard still functions. Should I re-install the mouse software?

Thanks for the response. That was it. I learned more than I'd planned about keyboard shortcuts.

You should be able to check how good your batteries are in your "Keyboard Properties" under the wireless tab.

If you cant get to it I can help you. :D
