IE5, "mailto" links don't work -- Reboot please help!

I'm not reboot but go to add and remove programs and dbl clik the IE 5.5 and Internet tools and chose the rpair option and see if that will repait it for you if not then go to your windows dir. and find the IE setup/install folder and reinstall. I had the same problem and after I did what I just eplained here My IE worked perfect ever since. Let us know how you make out.....Harley
