black & white monitor

hello
my dads going blind but he still gets on hes computer every day, he is haveing problems with a colored monitor, is there a way to set it so its just black and white?

You should be able to go into the Accessibility Manager. If you are using Windows XP, go to 'start' 'all programs' 'accessories' accessibility manager. Follow the onscreen wizard to set your preferences. For more about the settings you can change with this, go to "help and support" from the start menu and you can find out what you can do with accessibility manager.
