I am just wondering if anyone here is planning on playing guild wars when it comes out in about 2 months.
I am thinking about it, the more I read the more I like
Massive online Role Playing with no monthly fees.
Ok, the reason I am bringing this up. I plan to start a guild on there and was going to see if any gamers here are going to play.

I'm definetly interested in the game. I was hooked when PcGamer previewed it months ago. I played the beta weekends they had open, and if it releases to favorable reviews, I'd definetly like to play it.

I went out last night and picked up the pre order pack and got to play in the beta a bit last night. I believe they are just doing beta on some weekends, but by getting the pre order you can play in beta. I liked the combat that I did last night. I had zero lag, but I was playing solo. The graphics to me looked great. Hoping to play a bit more tonight. I am considering leading a guild in this game, so if anyone is interested post here.

I'm interested. I'll wait for reviews, though.

I highly recommend Guild Wars. It's the only massively multiplayer online RPG that I know of that has no fees. NO FEES. It also has a very original combat system that focuses on strategy, not just character leveling.
If you want to try it out, you can either preorder it and join every beta weekend, or participate in one of the fansite contests to get a pass for one weekend.
Byte 2.0, I might be interested in joining your guild, but it all depends on whether you have a good name and a good cape design. ;)
As of now, I'm in a temporary guild, "Zombies Anonomous," with some friends, but we don't have enough people.
