What motherboard and ram do you have?

Quick answer: Probably not enough to make it worth the expense.

ABIT IS7 PC2700 Value RAM

Thanks I guess I will wait untill 64Bit becomes popular or that new dual core thingy

The only way to make it worth it is if you also replace the ram. The PC2700 is essentially a bottleneck above 667 FSB.
