x2: the threat

has anyone played this (http://www.enlight.com/x2/) game? i really like freelancer, but once i'd played through the story, it didn't seem like a lot of fun to just go gold running... although it is still good for a dogfight once in a while...

anyways, the graphics looked really nice, and i was wondering if it's a dud or not.

actually, if anyone knows of another game like freelancer with good graphics and good gameplay, i'd love to hear about it.

That game came with my XFX 6600GT, just in the little white CD packets... Never have played it, don't plan on it as i'm not into that sort of game...

What does it retail for?

i brought this game when it came out... i thought it looked good b4 it came out but once i played it, it only lasted a few minutes.. IMO its not the easiest game around it didnt even support a mouse for flying..!!! but i havent really played it since it came out so i dont no if they have fixed this in a patch or anything.. freelancer is 100 times better that x2 IMO but i dont think there are any decent games like freelancer around at the mo..

the best thing to do is search google for x2 reviews and decide on that..

yeah, that's what i did. didn't seem to be too many people impressed with it. shame, really, cause i liked how big it seemed... kinda like freelancer where you could go anywhere... oh well.

its quite a hard game... a very big learning curve and a lot of time needed if u wanted to play it..
