What's your team preference and favorite weapon to use? Here's the list. Sorry for the lack of a poll, but the limit is 10 options. :(

For secondard weapons, I like using the Deagle for mid to long range combat, and the dulies for close quarters combat

For primary weapons, I prefer the Krieg (Terrorist) at all ranges, seconded by the M4(CT).

If you haven't noticed already, I tend to prefer the terrorist side ;)

I perfer what ever side has the objective. CT for CS maps and T for DE maps. As far as weapons go I perfer the M4 over all with Deagle as a sidearm. If im T and feeling especially l33t that day I will go dualies and Mac 10 the whole map. If I just want to rush and blow people away Ill go with the good old pump shotty. I always carry a full compliment of nades on me too. Nothin like blowin up the bad guy and watching dead bodies fly everywhere :eek:

Depends on a lot of factors, such as how I'm playing that day etc.
Auto shotgun, Krieg, Bullpup, CV-47 (if I'm ripping it up), occasionally the M4 or the C90. I don't so much have favourite weapons, more weapons I don't like.

Deagle with the Terroist Autosniper. I'm a camping sniper - it's amazing how well the Autosniper works even in short distances ;). Otherwise, the M4A1 for the CT side. Competely different strategies.

I've started going T instead of CT cause I REALLY REALLY REALLY like playing with the dual pistols. I don't know what the name of the gun I use the most on T team but the key code is B 4 2.

If I play T - it's usually AK47 and as many nades as possible
fot CT - Maverick M16 rifle and nades again.
Those dual wield pistols look cool and some guys can shoot really fast with those. But I can't get a hang of them for some reason.

Favorite Weapons
- Knife haha just fun to flash bang corners and then come around the corner and stab the blind person haha
- USP .45 good mix of power and accuracy.. But in most cases I acutally put the silencer on.. helps me control the recoil better
- Deagle ... 3 shots = kill and good long distance accuracy...
- Glock ... actually a good last resort weapon... 20 shot clip .. Since it has little to no recoil in CS you can strafe around and kill people that have fully automatic weapons.
- AK47 ... I hated it at first because the recoil was hard for me.. But once you get good at aiming i think its the most deadly weapon in the game...
- m4a1 - just all around good weapon.. **Do you guys prefer the silencer on or off?**
- Mac 10 and Tmp ... Great guns at short range combat :D
Best weapon in the game is the mp5 tho... Its dirt cheap (something like 1500 bucks?) And its got excellent accuracy... You can spray and still control the recoil well.... Not the best at long distance fighting... but its the best bang for your buck... Mp5+ Deagle = Best combo ;)

I tend to put the silencer on just about every time.

Im not good with the scout or awp so I put the silencer on. This lets me snipe with the M4 and they cant see my muzzel flash. The silencer does decrease accuracy and range for this weapon though

Although you pay a small price in accuracy for putting the silencer on the M4, I think that short bursts of silenced M4 fire are basically the best way to kill someone in CS, closely followed by a burst of CV-47 straight up the body.

And the MP-5 in the right hands is definitely quality... there's been times where it was all I could afford and I end up using it until I die 4 rounds later because it's a handy little gun with very little recoil

wow no one is giving the mac 10 credit. On somne maps I go "crap" guns only and use the shotty, mac 10, glock, some others that have horibble accuracy its fun. It improves your accuracy in the long run, and its fun to have tmp, mac 10 ownage under yoru belt.

after finally killing someone with a flash bang it has become a new favorite weapon. It's not often that you find someone with 1 hp that you can throw a FB or Smoke grenade at and kill them with it.

FB kills are hard to do. The only time I did it was when I threw a bad smoke and it hit my team mate and killed him... Is this something just in CS:S because all my time in CS 1.4-6 I never saw someone get killed with a FB

I totally agree... and I never realised you could kill someone with a FB or smoke grenade, I've never seen it done before. Ergo I'm assuming it wasn't possible in 1.4-1.6, as that was where I've principally spent my time playing (I virtually dedicated an average of 2-3 hrs a day to playing that against friends for a year in my first year of uni, so I imagine I would have seen it before otherwise)

My favourite weapon without a doubt is the M4A1 with the silencer on but if i'm a terrorist i'll choose the krieg

My favourite weapon is probably the AK-47. Althought i play CT almost all the time that thing is deadly if you use it right. Second would have to be the M4-A1 and deagle together. Third would be the pump-shotty. Fourth would be the bull-pup or the krieg.
