Hi, I've been reading the licences for both lindows from linspire and mandrakelinux, but I'm not a 100% clear if you can use them on a cybercafe or not, I mean, I know that mandrakelinux is a open source but I still no sure if you can install it in multiple PCs like in a company to run a network, or a small cybercafe

As long as you don't distibute it at some cost to others(them paying you) then I am 95% sure you are a-ok. If you use them in a cybercafe(I would say mandrake of the two), then I hope you know a lot of people will probably stare confused at the screen when it pops up with GAIM/Trillian and Firefox/Mozilla...

By no means am I a lawyer, but I found the following on Mandrake:
URL: http://www.mandrakelinux.com/en/concept.php3

The GPL license (General Public License) governs the development and redistribution of Mandrakelinux. This license provides everyone the right to copy, distribute, examine, modify and improve the system as long as the results of these modifications are returned to the community. ...

I believe this can be interpreted that "everyone" means personal and business users, and "copy/distribute" means download or otherwise obtain and share.
