What exactly is it that you're looking for? Someone to create a site for you?
Just looking to clarify.

Have you done any web design or anything? (basic HTML)
Having a starting point would be very helpful to get you going. Have you considered using a WYSIWYG editor like Frontpage? They aren't quite as flexible as coding yourself, but they will get the job done nicely.

Frontpage is part of microsoft office and is quite a good starting point if you have never done any web designs before.

Sorry... ;)
If you have Microsoft Office installed, you probably have Microsoft Frontpage too. It's a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) web page editor you can use just like MS Word or Power Point to create a web page. I know there are others out there, but I don't use them so hopefully someone can suggest one if you don't have Frontpage installed or accessible.

Banners are easy to make. If you have some ideas and some pics/graphics to work with let me know and I'll make some for you.
Do you have any ideas as far as layout/format?

I'd be happy to make a website for you :) For some money or something of course..... However, I would recommend going to http://www.webdeveloper.com
It is a very good web design and coding forum that I am a member of. Lots of good people. On that forum, I am "theuedimaster".
If you want to see one of the site I am making right now, go here:

Here is a guide that was posted on Prog/Web Dev several months ago that you might find useful: http://forum.pcmech.com/showthread.php?t=101452
Just be sure to not rush building it - it's better to take time and build a quality site than to rush to bad ends. HTML knowledge is very useful, but not needed in building a first website. If you wish to create very elaborate designs and such, I would also advise you to get acquainted with a photo editing program, such as Photoshop (elements). No need for that again, though very useful.
I agree with Spyder - sigmaseven, you've gone a long way on your website. Keep it up :)

Prometheus, I would suggest that you start looking at other sites. Pick the ones that you like, or parts of them that you like, and start a design from there. Don't worry about any coding until you have a sketch of some kind. Napkins work very well while you are sitting having a coffee!
