IE problems

Hi all

I wanted to know if there was any other way of getting online if you can get online through ur IE and you didnt download other options before the problem
luckily i had a CD my friend gave me with the spysweeper program and ran it but still no luck

Any suggestions??

I can get online through IE and thats the only way for me to get online I ran Spysweeper that I had on a CD and it clean out alot of stuff but still nothing when getting online ...when i click on the IE icon it doesnt load like something doesnt let it load.. is there anyother way to get online or get this fixed?
