Could someone guide me through this, my I belive I've tracked down why some things arn't working internet wise. AIM won't direct connect and I can only get 1 download off of Limewire Pro, after that it just keeps staling. I just need to know what to put in the port forwarding settings on my Linksys router.

On your router setup screen (on most routers, this is 192.168.1.1 on the address of an interent browser on any computer on the network), there will probably be a tab that says "Port Fowarding" on it (if its a linksys router, you may have to go to "Advanced", then "Port Fowarding"). once youre there, type the name of the fowarding (basically saying what your doing with it), then enter the port range (ie. 75 to 80), if you want to focus on just one port keep both ranges the same number. Then select which protocol, the signals should use (and/or TCP & UDP. Im not quite sure about these protocol settings to be truthful), then enter the LAN IP of the computer you want these signals to be directed to. (ie 192.168.1.102). Best way to find this out, is to run ipconfig on the system you want to direct the data to. (start > run > cmd, type ipconfig in the dos screen). and the last thing on the setup page should be Enable, but thats pretty self explanatory.

Yep that should work perfect, and with the protocol type you should choose "both"
