AVG Updates?

Is anyone else having a problem with updating their virus database today? I've tried at 3 differant periods of the day so far and keep getting timed out. No other connection or download problems, so i'm wondering if it's their site.

I just get a message that there are no new updates. Everything seems normal here.

Hmm... Mine missed an update, but as soon as I told it to update it did it promptly without hassle. Maybe it was down a bit earlier.

yeah, ive been having some problems lately downloading AVG Updates. compusport, I notice your also in ontario, could be a situation in this area.

EDIT: Nevermind. works now for me. I figured it would be temporary.

Had some delays with all of my machines today. Just chalked it up to busy servers at AVG. Mine are all updated now.

I have been struggling for two days getting updated. Worked fine a few minutes ago.

i have been having problems updating AVG, i tried about 10 times in 1 day and it never updated, then evenutally it did update

One time I had the same problem of AVG not getting updated. I just reinstalled the program and everything was fine.

I had problems with it updating yesterday on several different machines. This has been going on with their website for about a month now. Sometimes it works great, other times it doesn't. Sounds to me like it's their server problems.

I haven't had any trouble with them lately but just occassionally I do.
When that happens the update works fine an hour or so later.

I am not so sure that this is an actual server problem, more of a those who have the free version having to wait for those who have paid.

I get the same problems on my work computer when it updates about 7 am EST. I always chalked it up to our slow/crappy internet service.
