Yea im using trend micro internet security 2005....i got it last week and it work fine, today it found and threat and ever since it wont update, when i try to up date this is what i get, it conects to there server, it checks for the updates it downloads the updates but when it tried to install the up dates i get this

computer is connected to the internet when im trying to do this, i havnt called trend mirco yet, but plan on it tomorrow, but in the mean time any suggestion on what is causing this or how to fix it? i get that same code the (7) when i try to run the trend micro house call scan then it tells me error: unable to load a virus scan engine. Ive tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and it still gets the same problem
