hi
i have decided to buy a new hard drive of 40gb or 80gb but i'm not sure if it will
work on my pc . i have asked the question to a lot of technicians and some
told me that it will work n others not.
so here are the specs concerning my pc ,please can anybody have
a look at it and tell what u think :

the disk i intend to purchase has the following specs:
80gb ATA133
If my computer detects it ,will the disk responds normally or will it be slow?

It will be a normal I don't know way would anyone tell you diferent!!!

Either hard drive will be detected straight away , you wont have any problems.

You can try and update your bios http://www.esupport.com/region.cfm?refererid=36 choose your country you will see steps on right side check for BIOS update with Bios agent.
Everything is fine even with this BIOS that you are running now!!!

As you can see it's only different date so yours will be fine!!! ;)
It should support it, it would be advisable to update your bios to the latest release.
