Desktop Background go bye bye

Ok well it appears my desktop backgrounds now flickering between grey and white. Can't right click normally and go to display properties instead its just properties and the only info there is Address(URL): file://E:\WINDOWS\Web\desktop.html which there is no file. I can still see the desktop for a split second when starting up or shutting down but thats it. Sounds also seems to cut off after the initial windows theme music and back on for the shutdown music. Something called Win Min also wants to not shutdown properly when restarting.

Also IE seems to be hijacked by http://w-find.com/index.htm Funny how it's Hot Searches are Spyware Removal. I notice at the bottom is says uninstall and links to http://topantispyware.com/uninstall.html which talks about either Installing something you can download to remove whatever it is Or by "Boot to safe mode: Instructions here
Then delete the following files if they are still on your system:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\runsrv32.exe <-File
C:\WINDOWS\System32\runsrv32.dll <-File
C:\WINDOWS\System32\txfdb32.dll <-File"

Any help would be appreciated. If you can help and need to know more i'll try to provide whatever is needed. Thx.
