Hi,

I am a bit confuse with some sales rep. at a big retail electronic store who gave me answer about Video Card.
I have my old NVidia TNT2 M64 which is able to support AGP 4x/2x. I plan to put the video card into a motherboard which support AGP 8x/4x. To my knowledge, this card suppose to be supported by the motherboard (Socket T).

Can anyone enlighten me on this one ? Should I bought a new video card ?

TIA,
Jimmy

If it will fit in the slot, it will work. A 4x capable card should run at 1.5 volts.

ha..ha... thx..
Mobo : ECS 848P-A7 Intel Socket 775 ATX.

That's what I thought, 4x and 8x support 1.5 Volt. I guess the salesman, just want to make a sale :)
