Is this 6600GT any good?

I'm thinking about getting a 6600GT. THIS (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814122206) Leadtek has a couple games that I want and it's cheap. It certainly doesn't look fancy but I don't care. Would the cooler on it be quiet? I don't want to void the warranty on a new card to add an aftermarket cooler.

It should be fine, but I dunno how quiet it's gonna be.

It got given top marks in several review for the cooler alone. It's a very large diameter fan compared to others, and supposedly very silent.
Leadtek tend to make good cards, so I wouldn't hesitate
